Job Summary
Oversee electrical and mission-critical construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, profitability, timely delivery, and compliance. Lead on-site supervision of crews, coordinate with clients and contractors, manage project documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation; conduct project meetings; develop and maintain client relationships; identify and pursue new business opportunities; ensure adherence to quality standards and company guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred; Equivalent studies or experience will be considered.
- 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field preferred; similar experience considered.
- Completion of, or initiative to enroll in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
- Specialized skills: high level interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in communication, organization, and technology proficiency.
