Project Manager - Gaming Room Refurbishments

Job Summary
Lead the Gaming Operations Team and development project managers to ensure all parties are aligned on timelines and deliverables for gaming room refurbishments. Develop and manage micro-schedules for machine disconnects, base installations, and re-commissioning to fit within the broader construction program. Coordinate with external technicians and internal IT teams to verify system requirements like Maxgaming or Light & Wonder before carpet installation. Ensure renovations meet state-based regulatory standards and internal responsibility guidelines while managing supplier relationships for chairs, bases, and signage. Provide regular stakeholder updates on construction progress and risks to the Go-Live launch date, then lead the defects process and venue briefing post-completion.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience within the Hotel Gaming Industry
- Experience working with hospitality refurbishments or project work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
- Advanced Excel or project management tools
- Knowledge of gaming industry regulations and market trends
