Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple water treatment infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects for the Affinity Water Framework, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. Provide clear leadership to project teams, manage client/stakeholder relationships, ensure contractual alignment (NEC), and oversee safety, quality, and compliance. Manage RAMS, Process Impact Assessments, and environmental requirements; maintain comprehensive project documentation; drive commercial performance including cost control, forecasting, and final accounts; develop detailed programmes with planning/design teams; coordinate resources, procurement of materials and subcontractors; oversee testing, commissioning, training, and project close-out; support monthly programme and financial reviews. The role requires onsite presence with travel to project sites and agile working arrangements offering flexibility in where and how you work.
Required Qualifications
- ONC/HNC/BEng or equivalent industry qualification
- Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH, SMSTS, CITB 5-day, or equivalent)
- Valid CSCS card
- Experience in water and/or wastewater industries
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts (desirable)
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
- Collaborative team member with ability to work independently
- Strong organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
