Job Summary
Plan, direct, and coordinate computer-related activities, including electronic data processing, information systems, and systems analysis. Execute horizontal integration planning to interface with multiple functional areas for timely technical solution implementation. Manage contract personnel, ensure high-quality task execution, and provide periodic reports on staffing, project status, and performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for communication network installation projects while tracking service orders through completion. Develop project estimates for effort, cost, and schedule; create and maintain Project Management Plans. Monitor execution, schedule adherence, and cost performance against approved plans. Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive removal of blockers to ensure project success within DoD or Intelligence Community environments.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
- 8+ years of progressive experience managing IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, or systems integration projects within the DoD or Intelligence Community
- At least 5 years leading cross-functional technical teams and managing project cost, schedule, and performance
- Proven experience managing IT or infrastructure projects in a Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner
- Must be able to lift up to thirty pounds, as necessary

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- or equivalent project management training or certification
