Job Summary
Manage the development and implementation of Fixed Video products and services, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded offerings. Create and receive purchase orders while working with sales managers to incorporate MBE milestones for revenue capture. Lead projects from inception to completion, tracking performance with channel partners, sales, and relationship managers to ensure quality, cost, and time constraints are met. Forecast and update revenue/cost goals, manage project scope and schedules, and coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution. Develop business plans to increase opportunities and continuously improve processes in standalone and ecosystem projects.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Management, Public Safety, or Technology
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Deployment, or Product Management
- PMP certification
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
- 25-50% travel
- Strong knowledge of Motorola Solutions internal systems (CPQ, I-procurement, Kissflow, etc.)
