Job Summary
Full lifecycle Project Management of utilities and civil infrastructure work, leading delivery teams and coordinating stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes. Drive resourcing and program management to meet milestones; provide leadership to engage and motivate the delivery team; manage relationships across multiple stakeholder groups; oversee multi-disciplinary front planning and ramp-up strategies; travel as required in metro and regional areas across Australia. Desirable experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling or heavy civil projects and a proven track record of delivering high-quality infrastructure in a collaborative, safety-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- Experience on construction projects in Horizontal Directional Drilling or heavy civil industries advantageous
- A successful track record of delivering safe construction projects on time and on budget
- Strong leadership skills and hands on attitude and experience in managing self-perform field crews
- Experience with running multi-disciplinary work fronts and capable of planning and executing a ramp up strategy
- Ability to travel metro and regionally from time to time
