Project Manager (Full Project Lifecycle)

Job Summary
Lead bid development and proposal planning by conducting constructability reviews, validating schedule logic, and developing resource strategies to support competitive, executable proposals. Upon project award, assume ownership of delivery, ensuring continuity between estimates, execution plans, and field operations while managing client requirements, scope, and safety expectations. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including cost control, change management, and logistics strategies to drive predictable outcomes. Capture execution insights to strengthen future estimating, planning, and risk management. This role requires 7+ years of industrial construction experience and involves working across Sherwood Park or Calgary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of industrial construction experience in a mix of project management, project controls, estimating, operations, or related project delivery roles
- Strong understanding of construction execution methods, constructability reviews, workforce planning, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls
- Experience managing project cost, schedule, scope, risk, safety, quality, and client relationships from bid through to completion
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, forecasting practices, change management processes, and performance reporting
- Must complete a satisfactory pre-employment Background Check
- Must complete the Profile TRAITS Survey
