Job Summary

Lead complex nuclear component projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer expectations are achieved. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation while providing leadership to cross-functional teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing technical discussions, progress reporting, and issue resolution. Monitor project performance using key metrics, proactively managing risks, changes, and commercial issues to keep projects on track. Manage financial performance through forecasting, cost control, and contractual change management, while overseeing subcontractor activities to ensure safe and compliant delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and contribute to business growth by strengthening partnerships and improving execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 12+ years of project management experience, preferably within complex manufacturing, nuclear, or other highly regulated industries
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer contracts and building strong relationships with sophisticated clients
  • Strong understanding of project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects successfully
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required

Desired Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience in the nuclear energy or power generation industry
  • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
