Job Summary
Manage internal and external customer interfaces for large, complex Excellerate product orders, stewarding projects through the production system to ensure profitability, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Plan and manage multi-site orders while coordinating with the Purchasing Department and vendors for effective material flow. Review quotations and sales orders for accuracy, prepare manufacturing metrics for stakeholders, and attend weekly and monthly project meetings. Act as a coach and developer of managerial talent by selecting, training, and evaluating candidates for leadership roles, holding managers accountable for their work. Foster cross-functional collaborations and maintain compliance with company policies. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering with one year of electrical estimating experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, with potential travel of 15-20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training
- 1 year of electrical estimating experience
- 5 years experience in the electrical trade and 1 year of electrical estimating experience
- 15-20% travel
- Work between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday
- Work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
- Proficient in the use of a PC
- Knowledge of Accubid
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Pass a background and drug test
- Must be eligible for E-Verify
