Project Manager

Manage projects from material readiness through final completion, coordinating customer and subcontracted crews to ensure efficient scheduling and execution. Run materials to job sites to maintain production momentum while conducting quality control inspections, site visits, and final walkthroughs. Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the production phase, resolving production issues, delays, and concerns proactively. Ensure all job documentation remains accurate in the CRM and that crews adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols. This role supports residential window and siding installation operations across three Northwest Ohio locations, requiring frequent site travel and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
