Job Summary
Manage a phase of a larger project or multiple smaller projects ensuring profitable operations by planning, directing, and coordinating activities to meet goals within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. Deliver excellent verbal and written communication while working independently and as part of a team to meet internal and external customer needs. Travel up to 25% of the time. This role supports modern construction by designing and constructing challenging foundation projects using state-of-the-art equipment, improving lives through essential geotechnical and geostructural systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or geotechnical engineering
- 5 or more years of post-college experience
- Experience in deep foundations, heavy civil, design build and/or geotechnical contracting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to anticipate and meet internal and external customer needs
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Travel up to 25%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with scheduling, estimating and project controls software
- PMP Certification
- PE Certification
