Job Summary
Project Manager to oversee commercial drywalling, metal stud framing, and other Division 9 trades on construction projects in Las Vegas. Responsibilities include project documentation (logs, RFIs, change orders, specifications), quality control (field inspections and reporting), change management (change orders and logs), cost and billing oversight (invoices, schedules, payments), and collaboration with project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Requires 5+ years of framing/drywall experience, a BS in Construction Science/Management or related field (preferred), strong communication, and proficiency with Procore and project scheduling software. Experience in luxury construction preferred. Location-based role in Las Vegas with in-person work; benefits include health/dental/life/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, flexible PTO, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of framing/drywall experience in new construction, renovation, and interior buildouts
- Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field strongly preferred
- Experience with Procore construction management software and project scheduling software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Integrity and discretion in handling confidential project information
- Operational and/or experience in the luxury construction industry preferred
