Job Summary
Lead the transition of enterprise IT systems to modern data center environments, focusing on SAP and Microsoft platforms while acting as the primary coordination point for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution in collaboration with sub-project managers across all service areas, working closely with colleagues in the Alexandria office and international teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Manage complex IT infrastructure projects to ensure seamless service delivery. This role offers a flexible and autonomous work environment with a 40-hour work week aligned to the Egyptian labor system (Friday and Saturday weekends). Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as an IT project manager
- Ideally in the areas of IT transitions, data center migrations, or outsourcing
- Strong technical understanding of the operational requirements for SAP and enterprise IT systems
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Recognized certifications in IT project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and client environments
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
- Proficiency in English
- German language skills
- Must be available for weekends on Friday and Saturday
