Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for Imaging System Installations in trailers, responsible for end-to-end management of mobile healthcare installation projects across national and non-national accounts. Lead coordination with coach vendors, Mechanical Installation Vendors (MIV), Installation Engineers (ISE/CSE), and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate scheduling, and successful turnover. Drive PCA form submission, site readiness checks, and compliance with delivery and revenue reporting. Manage customer communications, milestone progress, and root-cause analysis to implement preventive actions. Travel >50% to trailer manufacturer facilities nationwide; ensure site visits, install progress, and delivery acceptance with MIV and factory teams. Requires a Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience, strong vendor management, excellent communication, and proven ability to prioritize multiple demands in a matrixed environment. Base pay range acknowledged with potential commission eligibility where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred or 8+ years of practical experience with project management and/or imaging installation process
