Project Manager for Fabrication Workshop at Marketing Agency

Project Manager responsible for driving client programs within Brand Revolution's Fabrication team. Translate client and account direction into actionable project plans, manage multi-workstream workflows across creative and production teams, track timelines, budgets, and resources in Click Up and other PM tools, and proactively identify and escalate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality assets. Collaborates with Account Directors and Managers across time zones to provide status updates, dashboards, and documentation, while upholding agency standards for project documentation, SOW reconciliation, and budget tracking. Core focus includes planning, execution of custom/prototype builds and events, vendor coordination, QA, version control, and continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
