Job Summary
Coordinate and orchestrate cross-functional ERP transformation activities across T-Systems, acting as the central integration point between Enterprise Architecture and domain Product Owners. Consolidate transformation streams, dependencies, and implementation plans while ensuring alignment with SAP S/4HANA objectives and business value delivery. Prepare executive-ready decision papers, presentations, and management briefings to support governance structures, steering committees, and transformation forums. Drive prioritization of activities across multiple streams and stakeholders, supporting budgeting, business case preparation, and resource capacity planning. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP ERP transformation environments within large enterprises or international organisations
- Proven experience in coordinating complex transformation programmes across multiple domains and stakeholders
- Strong background in transformation management, program coordination, or consulting
- Experience in structuring and operationalizing strategic initiatives into executable implementation plans
- Experience supporting executive governance structures (Steering Committees, boards, senior management communication)
- Strong experience in coordinating cross-functional workstreams and managing interdependencies
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
- Experience working in agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), especially in scaled settings
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience at both operational and executive levels
- Solid understanding of SAP ERP landscapes, including FI/CO, SD, MM, and PS modules
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformation concepts and target architectures
- Understanding of ERP Enterprise Architecture and integration across domains
- Ability to translate technical and architectural concepts into business-relevant transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with transformation planning and governance tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of system dependencies and end-to-end ERP processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels
- Ability to operate effectively between business, IT, and executive stakeholders
- Excellent moderation and facilitation skills for cross-functional discussions
- Strong organisational and coordination capabilities
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage complexity and prioritise across multiple initiatives
- High level of ownership, accountability, and proactivity
- Strong presentation skills with ability to create executive-ready materials
- Basic to advanced understanding of finance processes (FI/CO) in ERP environments
- Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and cost management in transformation contexts
- Ability to support business case development and financial evaluation of initiatives
- Experience working with finance stakeholders in transformation programmes
- Strong programme and transformation management capabilities
- Experience in governance setup and organisational alignment
- Ability to structure complex topics into clear, actionable deliverables
- Understanding of large-scale transformation methodologies
- Experience in working within global and cross-cultural environments
- Change management awareness and ability to support organisational transformation
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- University degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work in international, cross-functional environments
- Strong alignment with global transformation mindset and digitalisation initiatives
- Willingness to engage with senior leadership and operate in governance-heavy environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- German language skills
Desired Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP-related certifications are advantageous
- Project or programme management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
- Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner) are beneficial
- Certifications in transformation management or change management are considered an advantage
