Job Summary
Serve as the primary client contact and manage projects from initial consultation through final installation. Build and manage schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating designers, production staff, fabricators, installers, and vendors. Track costs, protect margins, and manage supplier performance to deliver cost-effective results. Review deliverables from design proof through installation, uphold quality standards, and resolve risks before they affect schedule, budget, or client satisfaction. Manage 40–80 projects across different phases while maintaining attention to detail and solving problems under pressure. You must live in the Columbus MSA for this in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- YOU MUST LIVE IN THE COLUMBUS MSA
- Proven project management experience in sign manufacturing or a closely related industry
- Strong understanding of signage design, fabrication, installation, materials, permitting, ADA requirements, project management methods, and related software
- Ability to manage 40–80 projects in different phases, maintain attention to detail, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent written, verbal, client-service, and team leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients, employees, vendors, and contractors
- Ability to protect margins, evaluate vendors, meet KPIs, and apply strong aesthetic judgment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Collaborative, coachable, growth-oriented attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Branding, rebranding, or large-scale program experience
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or a similar credential
