Job Summary
Manage all aspects of complex millwright and civil engineering projects from inception to conclusion by assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams. Facilitate troubleshooting for system development and design issues while chairing project review and pre-submittal meetings. Establish liaisons with boards, committees, and commissions, and perform project design for civil engineering initiatives. Coordinate staff schedules and provide technical management advice to department personnel. Assist in developing departmental plans, goals, and policies. This role requires a safety-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree and two years of project management experience to lead diverse environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least two years of previous experience in project management
- Safety-orientated
- Comfortable working in diverse environments
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
