Job Summary
Own and account for total project execution, performance, and safety from initiation to completion. Drive improved customer relationships by maintaining a work environment that meets or exceeds performance expectations. Ensure a clean order before work begins and utilize the change management system to control scope, cost, and associated risks throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate activities of all matrix reports and manage spending expectations on each assigned project. Communicate milestones, status updates, and potential escalations to all stakeholders while following proper escalation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in program/project management
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience
- Team building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and / or 0-2 years relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent estimating, scheduling & budgeting skills
- Proven experience in risk and change management
- Greenbelt, Blackbelt or Lean training experience preferred
- Rotating equipment experience
- Adaptability, flexibility, and proactivity
