Job Summary

Guide innovators through early ideation, discovery, and creation activities, including needs validation, stakeholder mapping, feasibility assessment, and pathway selection. Coordinate with clinical partners, digital teams, legal, finance, research, and enterprise innovation groups to support early-stage progress while applying standardized innovation tools and processes. Lead medium to large projects from initiation through handoff, managing budgets, risks, and learning outcomes in conformance with Mayo Clinic project management methodologies. Facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and coach teams to implement scrum processes and maintain momentum across multiple projects. Contribute to refining innovation programs and services while participating in intake forums to encourage campus engagement.

Required Qualifications
