Job Summary
Manage medium-complexity projects from initiation through production handoff, coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance. Form project schedules, financial parameters, and technical requirements while ensuring quality, cost, and timeline targets are met. Monitor project plan execution, analyze risks, and initiate corrective actions. Communicate customer requirements, specifications, and budget constraints to internal teams and prepare regular status reports including financial metrics. Lead presentations to leadership and stakeholders to drive long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in engineering, management, or international business
- Experience as a project coordinator or project manager for at least 2 years
- Knowledge in project management, manufacturing processes, supply chain, logistics, and finance
- Ability to analyze complex information, work with documentation, and communicate effectively at various levels
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Results orientation, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
