Job Summary
Manage full project lifecycle for fixed network deployments, leading rollout of FTTH, GPON, ODN, and fiber infrastructure across multiple sites. Develop and track project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Oversee site surveys, design approvals, permits, and implementation activities, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory compliance. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies and manage vendor performance and material deliveries. Provide regular reporting to senior management and clients on progress, risks, and financials. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in telecom project management, specifically in fixed networks
- Proven experience in FTTH / GPON / Fiber rollout projects
- Strong understanding of ODN design, fiber deployment, and network infrastructure
- Experience working with telecom operators (e.g., Etisalat, du, or similar environments)
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HSE standards and telecom regulatory compliance
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and cost control
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
