Job Summary
Lead multiple engineering/building-systems projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout; develop charters, schedules, budgets, and execution plans; monitor performance, scope, schedule, and financial metrics; manage risks and changes; maintain strong client relationships and drive business development; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, RFIs, submittals, site visits, and field activities; provide technical leadership and promote innovative solutions across healthcare, academic, science & technology, and institutional projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of experience managing engineering or building systems projects
- Strong understanding of building systems and project delivery processes
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and client relationships
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
