Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Develop detailed project plans including milestones, resources, and dependencies while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitate status meetings, and maintain documentation in compliance with company standards. Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and interviews, translating needs into clear deliverables and supporting solution design. Support user acceptance testing, maintain requirement traceability, and contribute to post-implementation reviews. Manage projects in both waterfall and agile environments while collaborating with subject matter experts to define actionable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, with exposure to business analysis responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in both waterfall and agile project environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions within defined boundaries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact across departments and with external vendors and clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with the autonomy to manage large projects or processes with limited oversight
- Team player with strong customer service focus and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Desired Qualifications
- CAPM or equivalent and/or Scrum Master certification preferred (within 90 days of hire)
