Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in low-voltage systems, including fire alarm and life safety. Role involves managing national retail site projects, coordinating contractors, and maintaining project documentation. Remote position with required travel to U.S. locations.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of project management experience, ideally within low-voltage, fire alarm, life safety, or security systems
- Experience managing construction-related processes, schedules, and deliverables
- Strong familiarity with project management software platforms (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Hilti/Fieldwire, or similar)
- Ability to work remotely while collaborating effectively across distributed teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to twice monthly within the U.S.
- Experience working with contractors and coordinating field activities
Desired Qualifications
- Fire alarm or life safety project experience (design, install, service, or PM)
- Exposure to code requirements and technical aspects of life safety or low-voltage systems
- Certifications such as PMP, CCM, PMI-CP, or similar project management credentials
- NICET certification (Level II or higher) in fire alarm or related disciplines
- Experience with Microsoft Project and familiarity with CAD workflows
- Background working on complex structures such as hotels, airports, multifamily buildings, or large commercial facilities
