Job Summary

Manage the project by executing Agile delivery, tailoring processes for varied engagement models, and collaborating with clients to define scope and maintain delivery plans. Provide accurate updates on milestones and actively mitigate project risks while balancing requirements from multiple stakeholders. Maintain the product roadmap, oversee technical documentation, and share knowledge with the Support team. Empower the team through a servant leadership mindset, resolve performance issues, and orchestrate strategy across developers, QA, UX, and DevOps. Own the resourcing plan, forecast in Kantata, and support hiring for project gaps. Report weekly status, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure contractual and financial obligations are met.
