Job Summary
Design and deliver technical solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including integrations with external systems, development of extensions, and financial reporting. Translate finance requirements into technical designs and act as an expert on architecture and data models. Lead assigned rollout scopes for specific countries or regions, coordinating local finance teams and stakeholders. Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities while driving continuous improvement through automation and new integrations. Collaborate with external partners and internal developers to ensure solution quality, documentation, and compliance with control and audit requirements. Document system designs and functional changes. Own defined scopes independently from design through delivery, combining strong finance process knowledge with deep technical expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable field
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a strong technical focus
- Experience designing and developing integrations using Business Central APIs
- Experience developing Business Central extensions (AL language)
- Experience developing financial and operational reports
- Experience participating in multiple Business Central implementations or rollouts, ideally across multiple countries or legal entities
- Strong finance process knowledge (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, consolidation)
- Ability to work deeply in technical topics
- Comfort owning rollout scopes independently, from design through delivery
- Ability to communicate clearly with both finance users and technical teams
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments
