Project Manager, Finance Technology Solutions

Project Manager – Finance Technology Solutions leads end-to-end delivery of Finance Technology initiatives (Record-to-Report, Close & Consolidation, Treasury, Cash Management, and Financial Controls) and partners with Finance, Treasury, Controllership, IT, Internal Audit, and external vendors to plan, govern, and execute implementations across platforms such as SAP FI/CO, Concur, and Kyriba. Responsible for delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, RAID management, governance, change control, testing, cutover, user adoption, and stabilization/hypercare in a global, matrixed environment. Coordinates data readiness, migrations, environment coordination, and release management; oversees testing (SIT/UAT), deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of technology project management with relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile). Preferred experience with SAP Finance, BlackLine, Kyriba, and cross-functional ERP/finance system integrations; strong stakeholder and vendor management, governance, and delivery dashboards. Salary in Poland is provided as PLN ranges; role requires hybrid work with 3 days in Warsaw and 2 days remote.
