Oversee vendor and subcontractor selection, negotiate construction contracts, and submit project documentation covering construction means, methods, and design calculations. Ensure quality control and safety compliance while managing project billing and closure paperwork. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 5+ years of experience, valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full-time role with travel to district job sites; salary $90,000-$130,000 DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
