Job Summary
Manage federal facilities projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout. Coordinate with government clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Review designs, shop drawings, and contract change requests. Conduct site visits, inspections, and contractor performance monitoring to enforce compliance with safety standards and building codes. Prepare scopes, schedules, status reports, and communications while tracking progress and risks. Support acquisition planning, contract administration, and space management initiatives. Requires active TS/SCI clearance, Bachelor's degree, and 6+ years of project management experience. PMP certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience managing complex projects, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project
- Experience developing project management plans, leading multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring project performance
- Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Working knowledge of construction management principles, building codes, and industry best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
