Job Summary
Lead active and upcoming federal projects, including a live NASA job in Alabama with an approaching implosion deadline, while managing three additional federal roles launching in early 2025 across Georgia, Ohio, and Virginia. Manage change order development from request to approval, track new scope requests, and push timelines, costs, and documentation with accuracy. Work closely with NASA's site rep to ensure steady, clear communication and support the client daily. Coordinate with joint venture partners and subs onsite, where you will be present approximately 95% of the time with limited downtime between jobs. Uphold site rules, security, and work standards while keeping documentation clean and compliant.
Required Qualifications
- Federal construction or Demolition experience
- Strong record handling change orders on government jobs
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Able to travel across the Southeast for long periods
- Strong communication skills, especially with agency reps
