Job Summary
Manage multiple locations simultaneously by creating orders, processing design requests, and interpreting site surveys to populate estimates and proposals. Coordinate with expeditors and installers to obtain permits, issue purchase orders, and track material deliveries while expediting missing items to job sites. Communicate with field supervisors, review completion photos, and maintain job costs through variance and warranty reports. Process A/P invoices, customer invoicing, and change orders while updating internal systems and spreadsheets. Requires 5+ years of Project Management experience, self-motivation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
