Job Summary
Project Manager for Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) responsible for planning and executing cross-functional initiatives, including day-to-day Scrum Master duties for distributed Agile delivery teams, project resource management, tracking progress and project financials, risk management, and presenting to senior management and clients. Requires strong Agile values with experience in facilitating Sprint Planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews; ability to bridge agile delivery with enterprise governance; experience coordinating API-based implementations and managing relationships with external vendors. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required; offshore delivery experience and familiarity with fintech, clearing, and trading systems are assets. Flexible hybrid/remote/in-office arrangements available across Toronto and Mississauga offices; post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience and 3-5 years PM experience in financial services are expected.
