Job Summary
Own facilities projects end to end by scoping work with clients, pricing, staffing labor, scheduling, and seeing them through to completion. Keep a high-volume board moving with 40+ active projects while serving as the daily point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and in-house technicians. Build and manage the subcontractor bench by sourcing, vetting, and negotiating rates, then quote work and collect approvals before starting. Maintain current project details in the system and document progress as you go. This desk-based coordination role requires managing shifting priorities and reprioritizing on the fly. On-target earnings are $150,000 or more in year 1 with quarterly and annual performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years managing projects, accounts, operations, or facilities
- Direct construction-side experience
- Calm under a high volume of moving parts, and able to reprioritize on the fly
- A clear, confident communicator who keeps clients steady even when the news is not good
- Strong with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Quick to learn a work order system such as Fexa or Corrigo
- High school diploma
