Project Manager – Facilities Maintenance / Base Operations Support

Job Summary
Manage the cradle-to-grave execution of the Facilities Maintenance contract, ensuring all work meets Performance Work Statement requirements, federal regulations, and customer expectations. Lead daily operations including program reviews, customer engagement, and contract modifications while maintaining full ownership of the P&L through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Direct staff supervision, partner with union leadership on labor relations, and drive operational excellence through safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. This contingent role requires five years of government service contract experience, a Bachelor's degree, PMP certification, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing Base Operations Support (BOS) or similar government service contracts, including specialized experience in facilities maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) operations, federal regulations, and government contracting principles
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance
- Ability to maintain access to government installations as required by the contract
- Valid state driver's license with a safe driving record in accordance with company policy, and the ability to operate company or government vehicles as required
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as IBM Maximo
