Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure from initiation to project delivery. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and resource allocation frameworks while overseeing adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Monitor performance, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests. Prepare periodic reports for senior management and the Board, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage project budgets and expenditures. Establish KPIs to measure efficiency and ensure compliance with governance frameworks. Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Experience in budget preparation, cost control, and financial tracking for projects
- Technical background with solid understanding of digital tools and systems
