Job Summary
Develop and manage project plans for exterior construction, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Oversee roofing, siding, windows, and gutters activities to ensure quality, safety, and specification adherence. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers while monitoring progress through site visits. Manage budgets, control costs, review invoices, and lead closeout activities such as punch lists and client handovers. Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Requires 2+ years of exterior construction experience, proficiency in Procore or BuilderTrend, and a valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $80k to $90k plus bonus opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management experience in exterior or commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of exterior construction methods, industry standard and materials
- Familiarity with local building codes, permitting, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in project management software such as Procore or BuilderTrend
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR screening
- DOT Medical Card required or obtainable
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
