Job Summary
Lead multiple large and complex infrastructure projects across road, rail, airports, water and energy sectors; manage the planning, front-end development, design and construction phases; apply client frameworks and deliver optimized project solutions; mentor and develop junior team members; engage with stakeholders and executives to ensure delivery against client specifications; flexible with hybrid remote working in Brisbane, Australia, and across South-East Queensland; strong communication, analytical, and proposal-writing skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager across road, rail, airports, water or energy sectors
- Proven experience in project delivery on large scale / complex infrastructure projects
- Current registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and pre-qualification under various IBCP PM/CA subcategories for road PM’s
- Ability to prioritise and manage own time in an environment with several competing requirements
- The ability to take initiative and willingness to grow and develop internally
- Experience with WHS, environmental and quality management systems
