Job Summary
Lead and manage project teams from initiation through completion, assigning duties, providing guidance, and coaching members to strengthen capabilities. Oversee all project facets including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk, and close-out while coordinating with clients to define requirements, prepare scope of work, and manage cost estimates. Monitor progress by tracking milestones and KPIs, resolving execution issues through problem-solving, and maintaining strict adherence to Workplace Safety & Health standards. This expression of interest role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, five years of relevant experience, and SPMS or IES registration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Building, or a related discipline
- Registered member of the Society of Project Managers Singapore (SPMS), Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES), or possess equivalent professional qualifications approved by the Superintending Officer or Employer Representative
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Familiarity with the submission and approval process of building plans with relevant statutory authorities
- Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, quality assurance, and risk management
