Job Summary
Manage project timelines and deliverables from the design phase through installation for clients across the Southeast. Host production meetings, develop schedules, and coordinate with sales, design, and shop teams to establish milestones and correct inaccuracies in approval plans and material take-offs. Create action lists, work orders, and punch lists while verifying sourced materials and ensuring accurate information relay to production. Conduct quality control checks, coordinate site inspections, and oversee packing, shipping, and installation. Maintain project management software records and archive project documentation. Based in Birmingham, AL, this full-time role offers competitive pay, 401K match, and Blue Cross insurance.
