Job Summary
Leads large, high-risk customer projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and quality expectations while overseeing financials, forecasts, and P&L. Manages senior client relationships and leads a project team of about 10, providing mentorship and performance input. Responsibilities include managing customer project delivery across very large/complex engagements in multiple regions, handling high risk and legal/commercial issues, driving business development, qualifying opportunities, and acting as opportunity manager for large deals. Requires a First Level University degree, 7 years of PM experience, advanced English, and telecom project management expertise; PMP certification is desirable. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with approximately two days per week from an HPE office and salary ranges USD 92,600–213,500 with potential incentives.
