Project Manager

Project Manager responsible for reviewing project drawings/scopes of work, establishing a schedule and deployment plan for each assigned project. This will include interfacing with the customer and other trades, as well as the internal routing, procurement, programming, and rack fabrication teams. You will be managing your own team; The company does not subcontract so all resources are internal. Building weekly reports to illustrate project completion status and ensuring system functionality is complete with customer sign-off at project end. Requires minimum 5 years of PM experience, ability to direct projects with internal resources and external consultants, manage multiple high-level projects, collaborate with Account Management on customer engagement, oversee multiple crews across job sites, handle both new construction and retrofits, review construction plans and BOMs for labor estimates and material requirements, interface with customers to verify scope and schedule, and maintain client expectations from delivery through system operation. Key skills include superior organizational ability, strong verbal/written communication, advanced Microsoft Office (Excel), CRM/ERP proficiency, multitasking, and professionalism under pressure.
