Job Summary
Partner with the Chief Operating Officer to support organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and special projects. Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and key milestones remain on track. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, programs, subsidiaries, and leadership teams to support organizational effectiveness. Develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive communications that support leadership decision-making and operational planning. Monitor organizational initiatives, identify potential challenges, and provide follow-up to ensure successful implementation and accountability. Support operational excellence through data analysis, process improvement, documentation development, and compliance-related initiatives. This role serves as a coordination and liaison position without direct supervisory authority.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Minimum three (3) years of program management, project management, healthcare administration, operations, or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience developing reports, presentations, and executive-level communications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
