Job Summary
The Project Manager (PM) will oversee and coordinate the delivery of Security System installations, ensuring the successful execution of installation projects. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and project handover, with a focus on compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental Policy requirements. The PM will collaborate with the Operations Director to manage projects, maintain profitability, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of Electronic Security Systems, experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365, and bilingual proficiency in English and Norwegian.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ Project Management experience, covering a comparable range of project types and values
Desired Qualifications
- Strong practical knowledge of installing Electronic Security Systems
- Training in, or a good awareness of, standard forms of contract such as NEC3/4, JCT etc.
- Ability to create and interpret programmes of work using Microsoft Project or similar planning tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, Visio, and job costing software
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Norwegian
