Job Summary
Project Manager at Evolution Money responsible for delivering technology transformation projects across the organisation, owning project scope, timelines, budgets and outcomes. Lead collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers, applying Agile and traditional PM methodologies to keep delivery on track and within budget. Perform project support activities such as reporting, requirements gathering, process mapping and maintaining project documentation, while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and PMO standards. Coordinate project teams, manage risks, monitor performance, and produce governance-ready documentation to support successful technology delivery. Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment, preferably within financial services (mortgages specifically)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and application delivery
- Experience with Agile and traditional PM methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation and training delivery skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and with different learning styles
- Ability to multi-task and deliver multiple projects on an ongoing basis
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and data interrogation
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Up to date and working knowledge of all relevant legislation and regulation as stipulated by the FCA
- Must be prepared to complete requirement gathering, process mapping, project documentation etc themselves and not rely on stakeholders or support to complete
