Job Summary
Project Manager, Evidence Solutions responsible for executing Phase IV clinical trials, epidemiology studies, patient-reported outcomes, and Investigator Initiated Studies. Manages site selection, patient recruitment strategies, database/EDC setup, budget planning and management, contract/vendor management, and regulatory/EC processes. Supports sponsor on EC submissions, data generation projects, and ensures audit-readiness and adherence to GCP/ICH/SOP standards. Requires Bachelor-level degree in clinical medicine or pharmacology, GCP knowledge, minimum 5 years pharma/clinical research experience, and 2-3 years as a project leader for clinical trials; strong collaboration skills and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or more advanced degree in clinical medicine or pharmacology
- GCP qualification (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years pharma-related/clinical research experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a project leader for clinical trials
- Experience in Phase IV clinical trial monitoring and management (preferred)
- Strong budget planning and resource management experience
- Ability to develop collaborative partnerships across functions
- Proficiency with English-speaking colleagues
- Intermediate or advanced IT knowledge and project management software
