Job Summary
Project Manager Events responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events, including budget and cost control; independently handling individual project phases from conception to final reporting; managing small to mid-size events; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and vendors; contributing to development of innovative event concepts with the Brand Team; ensuring high-quality standards and service levels; proactive risk and resource management to support smooth operations; requires degree in economics/marketing/event management and 3–5 years of relevant event planning experience; strong organizational skills, stress resistance, teamwork, and excellent English; familiarity with event management software and modern communication tools; enthusiasm for new ideas and trends in event planning.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing/Kommunikation, Eventmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Ca. 3–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Großveranstaltungen, vorzugsweise in einer Eventagentur
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Stressresistenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Vertrautheit mit Eventmanagement-Software und modernen Kommunikationstools von Vorteil
- Begeisterung für neue Ideen und Trends, die in die Eventplanung integriert werden können
