Project Manager - EV Infrastructure

Job Summary
Oversee and manage multiple EV infrastructure and land-development projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence; lead cross-disciplinary teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop/adjust project plans; ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations; track project health and manage changes; handle invoicing and accounts receivable; support electrical engineering design and interconnection activities for EV charging facilities and energy storage projects; collaborate with civil/geotechnical/structural teams and surveyors; stay current on equipment and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment
- 3-5 years of experience in a project manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of utility service requirements and interconnection processes
- Basic understanding of electrical calculations and studies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
