Job Summary
Lead print production projects for customers by coordinating with the customer and the assigned team; drive achievement of business objectives; partner with sales and manufacturing to meet customer needs; develop and model team operating principles; lead problem-solving to implement corrective actions; enforce operational standards and drive ongoing process improvements; ensure comprehensive project coordination across scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, and procurement; manage press approvals and trials, track milestones, and deliver progress reports; travel up to 30% to client sites or project locations; demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, customer-service excellence, change management, and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of printing production processes. Education and Experience requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and three or more years of experience in customer service, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
