Job Summary
Manage the entire project lifecycle for multiple initiatives within the Digital Resilience Program portfolio, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop detailed implementation plans, track milestones and deliverables, and ensure compliance with donor requirements and internal policies. Coordinate with partners and service providers, manage risks, and prepare narrative and financial reports in collaboration with the Senior Program Manager and Finance Team. Oversee team performance, set quarterly goals, and maintain formal documentation and contracts while contributing to building a project knowledge base.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in related field or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience with international projects management with a proven delivery record and working with multiple stakeholders on an international level
- Experience in managing larger projects with budgets above 500 thousand Euro
- Experience in the civil society sector
- Thorough knowledge and experience program and project management methodologies, techniques, and good practices
- Knowledge in the area of monitoring and evaluation processes and tools
- Strong analytical with excellent numeracy, written and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt well to change
- Highly effective communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written) is a must
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
